I’m Nana Udoyen, founder of Anchored Advisory Consulting. I’ve spent over 20 years in finance and operations, working inside growing organizations and supporting leadership through the moments that matter most: scaling, navigating change, and making high-stakes decisions with imperfect information.

I built Anchored because I kept seeing the same gap. Founders had outgrown basic bookkeeping but weren’t ready for a full-time CFO, leaving them to figure out their financial strategy on their own.

My approach is grounded in one belief: financial support shouldn’t feel confusing or inaccessible. You should be able to look at your numbers and understand where you stand, what’s working, and what needs attention. If you can’t, something’s broken, and my job is to fix it.

Anchored sits at the intersection of clean execution and thoughtful strategy. On the execution side, our team of bookkeepers and accountants keeps your books accurate, organized, and up to date. On the strategic side, I help you understand what the numbers are actually telling you, so you can make informed decisions around hiring, spending, growth, and long-term planning.

We also work directly with internal team members through mentorship and coaching, building confidence, strengthening financial understanding, and creating real ownership around the numbers. The goal isn’t just to manage your financials, it’s to leave your team stronger and more capable than we found them.
